English Letters Order Form

For orders from the UK and Italy please read the shipping advisory before continuing. If you are outside of the USA and in a hurry to get the package, we suggest using the Express Mail option. Please also note that we are not responsible for and do not include any VAT or other Customs duties in our pricing. These charges vary significantly by country and you may want to verify the cost before placing your order. We mark the Customs forms on our packages with the following: "Instructional Material; Books on CD-ROM; Printed Matter."

You may place your order either by filling out the order form below and clicking on the Submit button at the bottom of the form, or else by filling it out, printing it from your browser, and faxing it to InteLex Corporation at (434) 979-5804. You may submit a purchase order number or a credit card number, or you may simply tell us to call you for a credit card number at a particular time.
