Orientation: The International Journal
of Applied Philosophy is dedicated to the thesis that
philosophy, its theories and methods, can and should be brought
to bear upon the clarification and solution of the practical
issues of life. Accordingly, its wishes to publish papers
which clearly exhibit the impact of philosophical thinking
upon substantial practical issues in such realms as education,
business, law, health care, psychology, ecology, government,
the economy, science and the humanities.
